[AE] Affiliate & Alliance Clan Information
The [AE] ASSEATER CLAN welcomes partnerships with other clans.
An offical [AE] ASSEATER Clan alliance clan is an indpendently run clan that attends at least one of the [AE] clans practices, recruits from the people who can't join [AE] (for any given reason), and helps out the [AE] clan in other ways than just playing in clan battles. The [AE] ASSEATER Clan only designates one clan as it's offical alliance clan.
An official [AE] ASSEATER Clan affiliate clan is an independently run clan that does not attend [AE] practices, doesn't assist the [AE] clan in any offical way other than lending thier players on a 'as needed' basis for [AE] clan battles and vise versa. The [AE] ASSEATER Clan can designate as many clans as required, to be it's affiliates.
If your clan is interested in becoming an [AE] affiliate or alliance please send a letter of interest via e-mail to: 417
All requests for alliance or affiliates will be considered. In order to become an [AE] alliance or affiliate clan the motion must be approved by three quarters of the clans members. This is conducted via a vote amoung our members after establishing a repor with the prospectice clan affiliate (which could be anywhere from two weeks to several months depending on how long it takes to establish a solid team repor).
[AE] Affiliate & Alliance Clans Member Guidelines:
That the clan keeps up a good communication level with the [AE] clan members via e-mail, the [AE] clans forum, IRC, or any form of Instant Messaging.
That the affiliate clan is not an affiliate to any other clan besides [AE].
That the clan is primarly a Fortress Forever based mod gaming clan.
That the clan respects the request made by [AE] clan members while playing on our servers.
That the clan members respect each others flag captures while in general game play (on any server).
That the clan uses [AE] clan members for scrimmages and battles on 'as needed' basis.
If an affiliate/alliance clan violates any of the above guidelines the [AE] ASSEATER Clan reserves the right to terminate the alliance/affiliate relationship immediately without notice to the clan in question.
Affiliate/Alliance Clan Tag Designations:
While playing with the [AE] clan in a Match or Scrimmage the Affiliate/Alliance clan should wear the following tags in order to identify themselves as [AE] clan Affiliate/Alliance clans:
Any clan designated as an offical affliate will need to display the suffix tag: [AEAC]
Any clan designated as an offical alliance clan will need to display the suffix tag [AEA]
Use of the suffix affilate/alliance clan tags at any other time, is purely optional!
The benefits of affiliation with the [AE] clan are as follows:
Limited use of our server(s) for your clan battles/scrimmages (if requested).
[AEAC] & [AEA] clan tag protection on our server(s) (if requested).
The right to recruit new members for your clan on our server(s) (if requested).
Limited admin rights on our public server(s) (if requested).
A private board for your clans use on the [AE] forums (if requested).
Superior players to pick from to help you WIN your clan battles or scrimmages!
