[AE] Clan Member Guidelines

1. You need to primarily play Half Life 2 - Fortress Forever for your on-line gaming.



2. You need to attend ALL clan matches/scrimmages you sign up for.



3. As a member of [AE] you agree to take commands from the designated game leader and follow them without question [even if you disagree with them at that time] during scheduled match/scrimmages.



4. You agree that if you are experiencing lag related issues that are out of your control you won't bitch about it, except maybe to the enemy.



5. As a member of [AE] if you talk shit while gaming you fully expect to get it back twice fold and promise to deal with it retrospectively.



6. You promise not to hold anything against another fellow clan member for things said or done in game play.



7. As an [AE] member your mind set towards the clan should be as follows: It's not what the clan can do for me but, 'What can I do for the Clan'.



8. You need to be open to doing your part to help the clan in any way possible. This could range from giving regular monetary donations towards the clans costs, donating your time to run a clan position or assiting with other suties for projects within the clan. Helping out the clan is purely on a voluntary basis there are no clan dues nor requirements that you have to do to assist the clan.



9. As a member of the [AE] clan you agree to utilize Instant Messaging through Steam, ICQ or IRC to keep in touch with your fellow clan members. You also agree to setup an E-mail account to be on our Team Speak server any time you are gaming and use a unique email address for your clan based correspondence.



10. You agree to use the player name ([AE] #### or [AE] ASSEATER ####) while playing on our server(s) or participating in clan events.



11. As a member of the [AE] clan you promise to respect your fellow [AE] clan members flag captures during general game play. If a fellow [AE] clan member gets the flag and successfully brings it back to the base but dies before he/she can capture it, which you pick up, you are to give it back to them (unless the [AE] clan member verbally tells you otherwise, of course). The only exception to this guideline is during scheduled clan battles in which the case it is exactly the opposite.



12. To be an [AE] clan member you must be a minimum of twenty-one years old (photo ID verification may be required) and show sportsmanship in your game play.



13. As a [AE] clan member you agree to utilize the clans forums on a semi-daily basis to communicate with your fellow clan members and keep on top of all the clans activities.



14. As an [AE] member you confirm that you do not use any game modifications whatsoever, that you don't use any client side hacks, that you don't utilize a modified video card driver, that you don't use league banned scripts or utilize multi game action key binds . You also agree to make available your client side gaming files for review by the [AE] Leadership if you are suspected of having modified them.
